  I've been with commonwealth since 98 found them to be great?now it's a joke go to ring the branch in Capalaba and they don't even pick up,rang in the morning and arvo still no go there busy,so what i did was,told my friend to go into the branch and 3 people in line she said then 1 with 3 workers so i rang again and still no bloody one answers,might have to change banks,not impressed commonwealth,might have to make a complaint to the big office.My friend has a pic of the branch when it wasn't busy at the time i rang,and tried again today since it opened still no answer what the f**k are they getting paid for.????
